Hello my Beautiful people here's a healthy breakfast I made this morning that I would love to share with you all. It's everyone's favorite super easy to make and very filling. Frank Fochtberger approved!
Ingredients:
3-4 Sweet Potatoes
1 Tomatoes
Rye bread
Free run eggs
Butter, salt, pepper, spices to your taste, Olive oil
Bacon
Cheese
Step by step process:
Slice 3-4 Sweet Potatoes you can leave skin on if you want & soak in water
Get a frying pan warm up some avocado oil/olive oil any oil you prefer, add the potato to the oil, let it fry until its soft on low heat 5-10mins flip it a few times
Get another frying pan warm up some butter crack some eggs into it, cook until the white part is fully cooked. Add salt, pepper, cheese, bacon
Slice the tomato add salt
Toast the bread add butter to it if you want
