Healthy breakfast

Hello my Beautiful people here's a healthy breakfast I made this morning that I would love to share with you all. It's everyone's favorite super easy to make and very filling. Frank Fochtberger approved!

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Sweet Potatoes

  • 1 Tomatoes

  • Rye bread

  • Free run eggs

  • Butter, salt, pepper, spices to your taste, Olive oil

  • Bacon

  • Cheese

Step by step process:

  • Slice 3-4 Sweet Potatoes you can leave skin on if you want & soak in water

  • Get a frying pan warm up some avocado oil/olive oil any oil you prefer, add the potato to the oil, let it fry until its soft on low heat 5-10mins flip it a few times

  • Get another frying pan warm up some butter crack some eggs into it, cook until the white part is fully cooked. Add salt, pepper, cheese, bacon

  • Slice the tomato add salt

  • Toast the bread add butter to it if you want
