Shiitake Mushroom soup (dairy free)

Hey everyone!! I have the perfect recipe to share with you on this chilly day. It's great for all four seasons and deliciously good. If you love mushrooms you will love this soup it's loaded with vitamins, antioxidants and detoxes. Did you know mushrooms contain B3 which can help you sleep better,reduces anxiety & stress,treats depression,relieves PMS,reduces heart disease. This soup will cure you from all of that and it's dairy and gluten free. Bon Appetite!

Ingredients:

  • 10 big Shiitake mushrooms

  • 3 carrots

  • 3 onions

  • 1 cup of gluten free noodles

  • 1 cup of lentils

  • 1 whole box of chicken broth

  • 3 tablespoon of natural soup broth mix(Russian mix) or you can use any broth just to add more flavor to the soup

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step process:

  • Pour all the broth in a pot add some water and boil it.

  • You can add onions and carrots to the pot as well. Until carrots are fully cooked.

  • Chop the mushrooms,and onions,fry them up with some broth mix,salt and pepper.

  • Add the carrots and chop them up into the mushroom mix.

  • Noodles I Cook separately in a pot and add them when the soup is ready.

  • Add the whole mushroom mix into the broth mix in together until well combined simmer and eat with dill or parsley.
