To all my energetic workout people!!!! Here's a really good protein shake to take after a long workout !!! It's so refreshing and filled with lots of detoxing,vitamins. Great way to end a long day /workout

Ingredients:

  • 2 green apples (skin on)

  • 2 cups frozen mango

  • 1 piece of ginger

  • 1 cup of spinach

  • 1 1/2 cups of almond milk

Step by step process:

  • Wash your apples, slice & add them to the mixer.I like them cold but that's totally up to you.

  • Add mango,It can be frozen or fresh. Doesn't really matter.

  • Add all your veggies and spices.

  • Lastly pour your milk in as much as you want depending how thirsty you are.

  • Drink up people.
