To all my energetic workout people!!!! Here's a really good protein shake to take after a long workout !!! It's so refreshing and filled with lots of detoxing,vitamins. Great way to end a long day /workout
Ingredients:
2 green apples (skin on)
2 cups frozen mango
1 piece of ginger
1 cup of spinach
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
Step by step process:
Wash your apples, slice & add them to the mixer.I like them cold but that's totally up to you.
Add mango,It can be frozen or fresh. Doesn't really matter.
Add all your veggies and spices.
Lastly pour your milk in as much as you want depending how thirsty you are.
Drink up people.
