It's Sundayyyy means I gotta make something quick and easy before heading off to church. Today I'd like to share with you the secret ingredients to a perfect crepe. I hope all of you are hungry today because this is a killer. Bon Appetite
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup flour I use (Five roses)
4 teaspoons baking powder
4 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Butter for the pan
Step by step process:
In a microwavable plate warm up the milk and water for about 30 seconds than pour in a bowl, whisk together the milk mixture, eggs, and vegetable oil. Add the melted butter and whisk well
In another bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Than whisk the flour mixture into the milk mixture until it’s perfectly combined.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add butter. When the pan is warm and the butter is melted, add a tbsp of batter.
Let the batter cook until bubbles form, and then pop.
Turn the pancake over and cook the other side until golden.
Serve immediately, hot and fresh from the pan!
