Crêpe Sunday!!!

It's Sundayyyy means I gotta make something quick and easy before heading off to church. Today I'd like to share with you the secret ingredients to a perfect crepe. I hope all of you are hungry today because this is a killer. Bon Appetite

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 cup flour I use (Five roses)

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 4 teaspoons sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Butter for the pan

Step by step process:

  • In a microwavable plate warm up the milk and water for about 30 seconds than pour in a bowl, whisk together the milk mixture, eggs, and vegetable oil. Add the melted butter and whisk well

  • In another bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  • Than whisk the flour mixture into the milk mixture until it’s perfectly combined.

  • Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add butter. When the pan is warm and the butter is melted, add a tbsp of batter.

  • Let the batter cook until bubbles form, and then pop.

  • Turn the pancake over and cook the other side until golden.

  • Serve immediately, hot and fresh from the pan!
