Carrot Loaf Bread.

This incredible moist bread is to die for. I never really liked carrot bread until I tried this out. It's crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside. I hope you like to bake because this bread I can make over and over again and never get bored of it .

Ingredients:
3/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 cup grated carrots
1 egg
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp coconut oil (in liquid form)
1/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup chopped almond
Step by step process:
Preheat oven too 350.
Mix all your dry ingredients and your wet ingredients separately.
Then combine your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients constantly whisking it until it's well combined together.
Spray your pan and add some parchment paper to the bottom of it. Pour all your mixture in the pan.
place in the oven for 1 hour, then stick a stick in the middle of the bread if it comes out clean means it's ready.
Let it cool and serve ice cream or cookie butter.
