Carrot Loaf Bread.

This incredible moist bread is to die for. I never really liked carrot bread until I tried this out. It's crunchy on the outside and so soft on the inside. I hope you like to bake because this bread I can make over and over again and never get bored of it .

Ingredients: 

  • 3/4 cup white flour

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 tsp cloves

  • 1 cup grated carrots

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (in liquid form)

  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut

  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans

  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/3 cup chopped almond

Step by step process:

  • Preheat oven too 350.

  • Mix all your dry ingredients and your wet ingredients separately.

  • Then combine your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients constantly whisking it until it's well combined together.

  • Spray your pan and add some parchment paper to the bottom of it. Pour all your mixture in the pan.

  • place in the oven for 1 hour, then stick a stick in the middle of the bread if it comes out clean means it's ready.

  • Let it cool and serve ice cream or cookie butter.
