Apple crumble with vanilla glaze

Good Morning! Have you guys tried these they are so good.I made them for the kids i use to watch and they loved them. If you have a lot of apples and don't know what to do with them, this is the perfect dessert you can make.

Ingredients for crumble topping:

  • 400g of oats.

  • 500g brown sugar

  • 250g flour

  • 2 tsp cinnamon.

  • 400g cold butter, grated.

Ingredients for the muffins:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

  • 1/2 cup packed light or dark brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1 and 1/2 cups peeled, chopped apple (2 small appless

Glaze:

  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

  • 3 Tablespoons heavy cream (or milk for a less creamy texture)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Step by step process:

  • Preheat oven to 425F.

  • First you need to prepare the crumble topping. In a separate bowl add the oats,brown sugar,flour,cinnamon and then grated butter and mix on medium until crumbly looking. Set that aside.

  • Then take another bowl add all the wet ingredients in it. Combine all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and gradually add the dry ingredients mixing it until fully combined together.

  • Get a muffin tin out and put the liners in. Scoop the muffin batter into the liners. Then give it a quick tap. Put in the oven for about 15-17 mins.

  • Let the muffins cool.Get a bag out and put the glaze in it. Cut a hole in the bag and drizzle the glaze over the muffins and serve.
