Hey guys welcome to my first blog post. Today I want to talk about the different spices I use on a daily basis and the benefits I get from them.
Tumeric: I practically use it for everything! You can benefit so much just from this one spice some of them are:
-Supports your Body and brain
-Natural Anti-Inflammatory
-Fights cancer
-Contains curcumin which has lots of antioxidants
Cumin- I use this spice for soups,salads,noodles,potatoes it goes well with alot of things it is most known for the benefits it has to offer:
-Improves digestive system
-Helps lose weight ( Ladies I know you would love this spice)
-Treats skin disorders
-Helps improve your immune system
Ginger- This one is tricky not everyone will love this one but I try to use it as much as possible as this has so much benefits:
-Helps take away headaches
-Urinary infections
-Boosts your metabolism
-Fights off cold,flu
Parsley- I would highly recommend to use for almost anything but I prefer fresh than dried.
- Has Antibacterial and Anti fungal Properties.
- Help Fight Kidney Stones, and Gallbladder Infections.
-Relieves bloating
-Contains flavonoid antioxidents
Sage-Is known for its natural antiseptic bacteria killing I like to use this one more for marinated meat. It contains benefits like:
-Strengthens the bones
-Improves brain functions
-Prevents you from having diabetes
-Boosts your immune system
Cayenne Pepper-Is my favorite spice it has a positive effect on the many benefits it carries. I use it for cooking daily and detoxes:
-It benefits your heart, Gut and digestive system
-Helps prevent blood clots
-Relieves joint and nerve pain
-Contains Vitamin C, B6,E and potassium, manganese and flavonoids
Rosemary- An organic herb I like to use for marinating meat also for some flavour on potatoes and pasta. Its benefits are known for:
-Improves Mood
-Heals Skin Conditions
-Boosts your memory
-Heals Skin Conditions
